Grand Central – First water loop VRV Air Conditioning
System in China Commence in Dalian

On 30th Aug, there was a special signing ceremony held in No. 8 meeting room on 3F of Dalian Shangri-la Hotel. SPA (Dalian) Property Development Co., Ltd, the grade A real estate developer, is the first one of China to use the world leading water loop air conditioning system, witch is produced by Japan Daikin Company. Daikin (China) Investment Co., Ltd., SPA (Dalian) Property Development Co., Ltd. and Dalian Welcome M&E Engineer Co., Ltd., the three companies participate in the signing ceremony together. As the first project to use water loop VRV AC System, it is no doubt that Grand Central is much more excellent.
Mr. Serge Pun, the chairman of SPA (Dalian) Property Co, Ltd. gave a speech in the ceremony saying that, his company is developing a complex property together with Grade “A” office tower, international 5-star serviced hotel and high end lifestyle shopping mall—Grand Central. This project is the first investment for SPA group in North of China after the reform and opening policy. SPA not only has long vision in construction concept, but also keep improving in the each detail section of the construction. Mr. Serge Pun strengthened that they want to purchase the best quality facilities in the most world famous supplier. So they are very glad to cooperate with Daikin company. In the meantime, he said that SPA not only pursuing high quality, also pay more attention to environment protection. The motto of SPA is “ SPA love Dalian!”
Mr. Fujita, general manager of Daikin Company North of China area, responded that they will guarantee that Grand Central must be a great success. Mr. Qi Yanguo, the chairman of Dalian Welcome M&E Engineering Co., Ltd, witch is the construction contractor of Air conditioning system also gave a speech on the signing ceremony and promised that they will supply the best workmanship during the installation of the VRV air conditioning system in Grand Central.
It is the first time for the water loop VRV air conditioning system used in Dalian and first put into operation in China. So much “ first ” means the magnificent blueprint of Grand Central.
